The ch Stiftung is supported by the cantons and is based in Solothurn. Switzerland has been a fully-fledged member of the European education, training and youth programmes since 2011. At the same time, domestic exchange has become a component of practical language law. The Competence Centre has been offering an advisory service for the European and established domestic and extra-European programmes since October 2010.
