
www.ch-go.ch is the website of the Swiss Competence Centre for Exchange and Mobility of the ch Foundation for federal co-operation (www.chstiftung.ch). The ch Stiftung is supported by the cantons and is based in Solothurn. Switzerland has been a fully-fledged member of the European education, training and youth programmes since 2011. At the same time, domestic exchange has become a component of practical language law. The Competence Centre has been offering an advisory service for the European and established domestic and extra-European programmes since October 2010.
GO stands for “going beyond borders, gaining experience, acquiring knowledge”. Taking part in a mobility programme strengthens personal, professional and linguistic skills, and encourages intercultural awareness. The programme offering on www.ch-go.ch includes the following:
